A dance from Florina in Greek Macedonia.

There are four beats in each phrase, the second beat is slower than the others (quick-slow-quick-quick). There are more complex ways of describing the rhythm but this is all you need to dance to it.

Start in a line with arms in a W hold, facing right.

Lift the left foot (quick), then step forward with the left (slow). Step forward with the right and left (both quick).

Turn to face centre. Lift the right foot (quick), then step back with the right (slow). Step back with the left (quick), then step slightly to the side with the right, turning to face right (quick).

Any Pušteno rhythm music will work.
