A Macedonian dance, said to mean 'walking dance'.
The music is in an even 4/4 rhythm. The steps have a 2-2-1-1-2 or slow, slow, quick, quick, slow pattern.
Start in a line, arms in a W hold, facing diagonally right.
Step forward with the right (slow), then left (slow).
Turn to face centre and step to the side with the right (quick),
close with the left (quick), and side to the right (slow).
Moving straight out from the centre step back with the left (slow), back with the right (slow), back with the left (quick), close with the right (quick), then step across in front with the left while turning to face diagonally right (slow).
The arms can drop to a V hold as the dance speeds up.
The dance starts at the beginning of the musical phrase.
