Graveyard people
In my early 30's I became fascinated with taking pictures of graveyard statues, mostly in London but occasionally further afield. There's a strange contrast between the eternal perfection that these figures were intended to show and the overlaying effects of time, grime and damage, And, as a keen amateur photographer, it was wonderful to have subjects who would uncomplainingly hold a pose for however long I needed.
Apart from some cropping these are all straight from the camera, no extra filtering or adjusting.
